Introduction
Yellowstone Jobboard is part of Yellowstone International BV. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Yellowstone’) Yellowstone and its affiliated companies handle your personal data with care. Yellowstone ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially and guarantees careful and discreet handling of this information. We process your personal data in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement (DPA)and other privacy laws and regulations, as applied in the Netherlands. We recommend that you read this privacy statement carefully.

What data?
In general, the Jobboard website can be visited without your personal data being passed on to us. Yellowstone does process the personal data that you provide to it when you apply for a vacancy or submit an open job application.

You can then provide the following personal data:
• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• CV
• Job function
• Place of residence

If you apply for a specific vacancy, the above data will be forwarded directly to the party that posted the vacancy (agency). This transmission will of course take place securely. We have agreed with the agency that they will handle your personal data with care, but they are responsible for this themselves (data controller). You can read how they do this in the agency’s privacy statement.

When you submit an open job application, you leave your data in a profile that you can access at any time and make amends and/or updates to. You can also delete this profile at any time. The agency that has vacancies can approach you for a position. By creating a profile, you give Yellowstone permission to send your data to an agency with a vacancy and/or make it available to an agency on Jobboard.

Yellowstone processes the following data for agencies that can post vacancies on the Jobboard:

• Company name
• Phone number
• Website
• Email address
• Business address, postal code and city
• Country

Purposes of data processing
Yellowstone processes your personal data to give you the opportunity to create a profile enabling agencies to approach you for a vacancy, and therefore to give you access to Jobboard.

The processing of personal data of candidates is based on consent. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Yellowstone processes the data of the agencies to provide them with access to Jobboard and to maintain a business relationship. The processing of the data of agencies is based on an agreement between the agency and Yellowstone.

How long we store data
Yellowstone will not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. With your (open) job application, you give Yellowstone permission to store your personal data for 1 year. Before this year expires, you will again have the option to extend this storage period by 1 year. By not doing so, your personal data will be destroyed. The data of the agencies will be stored for as long as they have a login to Jobboard.

Share with others
Without your explicit consent, Yellowstone will not provide your personal data to third parties for direct marketing purposes (for example, for sending advertisements). If you specifically apply for a vacancy from one of the agencies, you give permission to send your personal data to the agency.

Yellowstone may provide your data to third parties to the extent that this is necessary for providing the services to you and/or to the extent that this data cannot be traced back to you personally. Finally, Yellowstone may provide your data to third parties if it is obliged to do so on the basis of legal provisions, if it is forced to do so as a result of a lawsuit and/or if it deems this necessary to protect its own rights.

Yellowstone may pass on the data of the agencies if this is necessary to achieve the objectives of the business relationship. This data may be passed on to business partners and subcontractors who provide services on its behalf and in all other cases in which Yellowstone may be obliged to do so, for example by a court order to that effect.

Personal data may be passed on outside the Netherlands to the extent that this is permitted within the legal framework. Yellowstone has taken the necessary measures to ensure that all personal data provided is adequately protected. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on behalf of Yellowstone to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
