With Yellowstone Jobboard you can quickly, easily and safely post vacancies and recruit candidates without giving up control. In this document we clearly and transparently indicate how we do this and what you can expect from us but also what we expect from you. The privacy of you and the candidates is important to us and we trust it is for you too.

How does Jobboard work?
Jobboard is a website where you can post vacancies. Candidates can respond directly to this. You will receive the data from the candidates directly, without our intervention. In addition, candidates can create a profile. As an agency, you can search this database of candidates and approach these candidates directly for a vacancy.

Account Jobboard?
If you want to use Jobboard as an agency, you are required to create an account and agree to these terms of use. To create an account, we only ask for company details and contact details.

• Phone number
• Website
• Email address
• Business address, postal code and city
• Country

We handle this data with care. You can read how we do this in our privacy statement.

If you have an account on Jobboard, the above data must be processed in order to:
• Grant you access to your account
• Forward the applicants for your vacancies to you
• Send you general information and updates. This includes changes to the user conditions and the        launch of a new update/service
• Analyse how Jobboard is used and where it can be improved. For this purpose, analyses are made with account IDs only, not with (personal) data itself.

Your account is protected with a password. You can manage, delete and adjust the company data and manage the vacancies on the jobboard at any time. You are then part of the Jobboard platform and can make optimal use of it. It is possible to adjust or cancel your account at any time. The moment you cancel your account you will no longer have access to the Jobboard. You can also at any time, change the company details and contact details in your account.

What can you expect from us?
Simplifying the matching of supply and demand for work is central to Jobboard. Both you as an agency and candidates remain in control of your own (personal) data at all times. We do everything we can to ensure continuous good performance of Jobboard. Unfortunately, we can never guarantee this 100%.

As an agency, we only offer you a platform to place your vacancies to which candidates can respond or you can approach candidates yourself. We are not liable for whether your vacancy is filled, nor for the quality of the candidate. Yellowstone expressly rejects any liability.

What do we expect from you?
Jobboard makes it possible to place vacancies on the Jobboard so that candidates can apply directly. In addition, it is possible to actively search for candidates who have created a profile on Jobboard.

For the personal data that you receive from a candidate, you are the controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation. We expect you to handle the personal data of a candidate with care and to inform the candidate about the processing of his/her personal data by you and the manner in which you do this.

We also expect you to ensure that the correct company and contact details are included in your account at all times. You must only post actual vacancies at all times. You must behave carefully on Jobboard and observe all applicable laws and regulations. You are fully responsible and liable for the content of the vacancy texts and your activities on Jobboard. You indemnify Yellowstone and keep us indemnified against any claim for damages by yourself and/or third parties as a result of your presence on Jobboard.

How long do we store your (personal) data?
The data linked to your account will be stored as long as this account is active. Cancelling the account is possible at any time and you can do this yourself on Jobboard. By cancelling your account, all data will be deleted from the databases immediately.

How do we secure your (personal) data?
Yellowstone takes the protection of your data seriously. We ensure that data from candidates is sent to you securely when applying for a job. In addition, we naturally ensure appropriate security of the (personal) data that is recorded when creating an account and the personal data of the candidates. The technical and organizational measures are appropriate for the processing and according to the state of the art to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. Yellowstone has taken the following measures to protect your personal data:

• security software, such as a virus scanner and firewall;
• careful security procedures for the protection of the data provided, including to prevent   unauthorized persons from unintentionally gaining access to this data;
• structural security updates;
• the security is at a level that, given the state of the art, is necessary and reasonable.
